Refund Policy

At Nina’s Sugar Studio, each order is custom-made with care, time, and creativity. Because of the personalized nature of our baked goods, we have the following refund policy in place:

Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received. This includes all deposits and full payments.

 

Order Credits (Event Cancellation or Rescheduling)

If your event is canceled or rescheduled:

  • You may be eligible for a credit toward a future order, provided we are notified before baking or decorating begins.

  • Credits are valid for 30 days from your original event date and must be used within that timeframe.

 

Damage or Dissatisfaction

Once your order has left our possession, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport or after pickup. We strongly encourage you to follow our cake care instructions for proper handling and storage.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can address your concerns.

  • In rare cases where Nina’s Sugar Studio is at fault (e.g., incorrect item, missing components), we will work with you to provide a suitable solution, which may include a partial credit toward a future order.

 

No-Show or Missed Pickups

Orders not picked up during the agreed-upon time window are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Orders will be considered abandoned if not picked up within 2 hours of the scheduled time without prior communication.

 

Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. Deposits secure your spot on our calendar and cover initial planning and prep time.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before your pickup date may qualify for a partial credit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are not eligible for credit or refund.
